Day 1 — Arrival Padang – Bukittinggi
Place to visit: Lembah Anai Waterfall – Pandai Sikek Village – Rendang Production Center
Meals Program: Lunch, Dinner
Upon arrival at Minangkabau International Airport, our professional tour guide will pick you up and head to Bukittinggi via Lembah Anai.
During the trip, you will visit Lembah Anai Waterfall (a 35-meter high waterfall located on the edge of the Padang-Bukittinggi highway), Pandai Sikek Village (a traditional village that is the center of songket weaving and traditional wood carving), and a rendang production center (you will witness the direct process of making authentic rendang that has gone global).
In the evening, you are expected to arrive in Bukittinggi, check-in to the hotel, and have a free program.
Day 2 — Bukittinggi – Batu Sangkar
Place to visit: Sanjai Cracker Center – KINIKO Home Industry – Pagaruyung Palace – Jam Gadang
Meals Program: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Today, you will visit Batu Sangkar, which is the center of Minangkabau culture and history.
We will pick you up and visit the sanjai cracker center (Bukittinggi's typical cassava chips, thinly sliced, fried until crispy, and served plain or wrapped in balado seasoning), KINIKO Home Industry (a center for coffee and banana products, one of the gastronomic heritages), Pagaruyung Palace (a replica of the royal palace museum, located in Nagari Pagaruyung — this magnificent building has three floors, 72 pillars, and 11 gonjong roofs; you will wear traditional clothes while taking memorable photos).
In the afternoon, you will enjoy the city center of Bukittinggi while visiting Jam Gadang (a 26-meter high clock tower that is the icon and central point of Bukittinggi City) and its surroundings.
Return to the hotel and have a free program.
Day 3 — Bukittinggi – Padang
Place to visit: Puncak Lawang – Lake Maninjau – Sugar and Fried Peanut Factory – Batik Souvenir Center – Koto Gadang
Meals Program: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Have breakfast at the hotel. After checking out of the hotel, you will be invited to visit Puncak Lawang to see Lake Maninjau (a beautiful volcanic lake, famous for its natural beauty, winding road called Kelok 44, and local legends), visit a sugar and fried peanut factory, a batik souvenir center, and visit Koto Gadang (the best silver craftsman).
Have dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Padang.
Day 4 — Transfer Airport
Place to visit: West Sumatra Grand Mosque – Siti Nurbaya Bridge – Old Town Padang – China Town – Air Manis Beach
Meals Program: Breakfast
Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel. Check-out.
Before heading to the airport, you will visit the West Sumatra Grand Mosque (the largest mosque in West Sumatra with a unique and modern design), Siti Nurbaya Bridge (an iconic 156-meter long bridge over the Batang Arau River, connecting the city center with the Seberang Padang area — the bridge's name is taken from the character in a classic novel by Marah Rusli), Old Town Padang, China Town, Air Manis Beach (this beach is famous for its gentle waves, beautiful views, and the legend of Batu Malin Kundang)
