Terms and conditions applicable to all tour package bookings

Registration & Payment:
Participants choose the available departure date and submit a copy of travel documents in the form of a passport photo that is still active for at least 7 months from the expiration date or other documents in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.
The package with airline tickets is floating or not final. Prices can change at any time following the rate of airline tickets or accommodation at the time the participant makes a payment. Excess or price increases between the invoice provision period and participant payment will be borne by the participant.
Participants make a down payment of at least 50% to the travel agent, with a maximum of 30 days before the trip.
Full payment is made 14 days before the trip
If cancellation is made less than 29 days from the travel date, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total price will be charged.
If cancellation is made less than 15 days from the travel date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price will be charged.
If cancellation is made less than 10 days from the travel date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price will be charged.
Registration made less than 14 days from the departure date requires full payment of all payments.
Registration without a deposit is non-binding and can be canceled without prior notice to the participant.
Deposit payments cannot be refunded.
Participants with high risk, pregnant, elderly, physical limitations, or children under the age of 18 are required to be accompanied by another family member. And the risks that arise, are fully the responsibility of the tour participant.
By making a payment, the participant is deemed to have read the entire package and requirements and agrees and authorizes the applicable rules.
The Travel Agent is Not Responsible or Sued for:
Accidents, loss of luggage, or delays in the arrival of luggage due to negligence or actions of the airline or other transportation modes, the replacement process is carried out based on the policy of the relevant transportation party.
Loss of personal belongings or criminal acts that occur to participants.
Delays or cancellations of flight schedules and all events that occur beyond the power of the travel agent.
Reducing the destination or tour events due to immigration processes, delays, or participant negligence.
Leaving tour participants due to illness or accidents during the tour. The travel agent has the right to remove participants from the ongoing tour event without refund due to participants trying to disrupt or damage the tour agenda.
Changes in routes / diversion of destinations / failure to achieve destinations according to the itinerary due to force majeure such as weather conditions, natural disasters, immigration queues, and others beyond the power of the travel agent.
The travel agent has the right to replace hotels or airlines or transportation modes that are equivalent if the agreed accommodation is full at the time the participant makes a payment.
Cancellation fees above also apply to:
Participants who change departure dates or change to other packages.
Cancellations made by one of the parties (participants or travel agents) due to natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorist acts, or other force majeure, then the above provisions can change at any time without notice, depending on the policy of the airline, hotel, or our partner agents abroad.
The travel agent has the right to cancel participant registration who does not complete the payment until the agreed deadline.
Airline tickets or other transportation modes and unused accommodations cannot be refunded.
If a participant who is touring is hindered by illness or other urgent reasons, the cancellation rules above apply.
Participants who are rejected entry to the destination country or transit or deportation by immigration authorities or airlines or during the trip experience accidents or illnesses that require cancellation of the trip, cannot receive a refund.
